Pin me down is a restaurant and an energetic hangout place in Koramangala. It specializes in great, delicious food with fun quotient. It conducts live shows of music, stand-up comedy etc. it also has a big screen to watch live matches, be it football or any other. It is easily one of the best hangout places. It also organizes kitty/birthday parties and has great ambience.
Challenge –
Being in Koramangala itself is a challenge as the area is full of eateries. The marketing strategy had to be such that created a curiosity and interest to bring customers down to the restaurant. The big challenge was to be consistent in marketing, luring all age groups.
The target consumer arena is big and varied, hence we had to advertise with care, catering and impressionable to all.
Solution –
Website was given a facelift with interesting pics of the décor and events, supported by interactive blogs. The blogs are important for any website as they tell about the uniqueness of business as different from others and performs many other important functions.
The website is supported by SEO, and chat services to bring in more traffic. The chat services helps to solve the queries and request of the customers, converting them into leads. The chat is available from Monday to Friday.
We also did social media and email marketing to increase online presence and brand awareness, with creatives and prior details of live shows and bookings and offers. We employed Facebook, twitter, JustDial and Instagram. We wanted the customers to reach us and be accessible easily.
Conclusion –
With our consistent marketing efforts, a dynamic change in the website was seen, Pin me Down experienced a good flow of people as well as bookings. Bookings for parties got a real boost, and the restaurant is busy during sports season. It has also got good ratings on food portals like Zomato, Food panda, Swiggy, which is great for business.
