Messe global is a popular exhibition center in Chandigarh. It is the most happening arena for marriage Events, Exhibitions, Expo’s, Conventions, Seminars, Live Shows, Banqueting, Conferences etc. Located in the most convenient and lucrative spot, with 6500 sqm outdoor facilities and a 1000 sqm pre-function area and 3000 sqm Exhibition Hall.


Although at a very prime location with all top-class facilities, it was not able to get enough bookings and movement. Being next to Indian Capital Delhi, it needed to be booked for expos and trade exhibitions. But due to low presence and inactivity at social media platform, it was not able to make much impact.

The challenge was to reach to both B2B & B2C through our efficient digital marketing strategy and encashing big data.

Campaign Objective

Exhibitions and expos involve both Indian and international market. The objective of the campaign was to make it more visible and available within India as well as Global market, to increase footfall. We had to throw a campaign for both B2B and B2C, which of course is a very wide spectrum, across a global platform.

We needed to make the campaign more qualitative than quantitative to zero on the genuine clients to convert into potential leads.


Firstly, we created a very informative website putting forward all the details and facilities available at Messe Global.

We incorporated chat system to engage and convert customers looking for exhibitions/convention/ business purpose.

We did a massive campaign, with creatives, videos, strips and pictures on social media platforms and telephonic calls and SEO to increase its presence.

We were giving a complete end to end solution, from searching clients to booking halls and carrying out payment details.


We brought in the good number of bookings which not only increased its popularity but also visibility across. People were writing all positive reviews about their experience in Messe Global, which brought great business in terms of being booked regularly and a massive increase in footfalls.
