Maple Academy provides classroom IIT/NEET foundation and advance course from 6th– 2nd PU in Whitefield. They have good faculties and systematic methodology of handling one of the toughest exams in India. They also help students to prepare for board exams/Olympiad-NEET/JEE Mains-Advance/ PUC-KCET. They have great infrastructure and in-house facilities conducive for studying.

Challenge –

There are many tuition/academies that provides classes. To identify Maple Academy as one of the best institution and encourage parents to enroll their wards there, what was needed is a good marketing strategy. We had to build Brand awareness and get leads.

Solution –

First, we worked on their website and made it informative, engaging and interesting. We posted descriptive and explanatory blogs that could enlighten parents about the courses and other factors. We made it forthcoming and easy for people to register and get the required information.

We engaged in Facebook and Email marketing to get through people in and around Whitefield to register for the course. As we understand that people from and around can be only accessible to join we did not waste campaign across Bangalore but kept restricted to Whitefield, thereby saving their investment.

We posted regular updates and creatives on Facebook and sent regular mails and brochures regarding new batches and discounts/offers.


We also worked on SEO to bring organic traffic to their website and supported it by chat services. Chat services were very supportive in engaging the customers into potential and confirmed leads.
