Introduction
Geown Properties are passionate about building the crafting villas. They are into real estate group in which they are working on B2B services. They have completed the Geown Oasis Project, which is located off Sarjapur road. They also cover prominent hubs like Whitefield, Marathahalli and Electronic city with proficient transport facility to move around where they are surrounded by IT Hubs, Malls and top hospitals.
Challenge
The main Objective was to sell the villas at a very affordable price. Due to lack of awareness of the project, client was unable to get qualified leads. Our Challenge was to identify and invade the consumers and close the leads.
Campaign objective
Drafting a digital marketing strategy to target the zone and platform where we could find the potential customers, and converting them, thereby increasing the targets to be covered in the required time. Our main objective was to give the potential leads to the client i.e., the prospects who can buy villas.
Solution
We identified the target customers who are searching for the properties near Sarjapur and designed a campaign for Facebook. We furiously started posting the creative and ads on all the social media platforms. We renovated their website by posting blogs, videos and pictures for people to have the real view of the villas. We also increased the traffic flow by working on the SEO.
To drive the visitors in the right direction we also initiated the live chat on their website and worked hard to convert them as leads.
We have given 64 verified quality leads within a month with CPC of ₹1150.
Conclusion
With Proper strategy Planning, now Geown is not only getting better leads but also gaining popularity amongst villas.
