Introduction –
Arya group of companies is not a new name in the business of real estate in Bangalore. It has accomplished many varied projects with great feat across Bangalore. Aryahub mall is a commercial property for rent in Whitefield, with 10,000 sq.ft of commercial space. It has 5 floors with spacious rental space available for shops and offices. People looking for shops for rent near Whitefield can choose Aryahub mall, because of its prime location.
Challenge –
For Aryahub Mall, our responsibility was to design their website and get them on top of the Search Engine Result Page. At the same time, we had to generate leads and promote their brand.
Solution –
We have designed effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for them to increase their ranking as well as website traffic. By targeting, for example, for the keyword “commercial space for rent”, Arya hub mall was organically ranking in 3rd Position in the first page of Google (SEO campaign was conducted in the year 2017). Also, we have designed the paid campaigns for generating leads on Google and social media platforms. We have reduced the CPC from ₹4000 to ₹1200. We were able to give 3-5 leads every day and also were providing dedicated chat support.
Conclusion –
With our consistent Digital Marketing strategies, we were able to increase the traffic and generate good quality verified leads.
